Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse. 

To request cancellation, contact customer support immediately with your Order ID. 

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. 

Order Cancellation by Swadhana 

Swadhana reserves the right to cancel any order due to: 

• Product unavailability 

• Payment failure 

• Incorrect pricing due to technical errors 

• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions 

• Delivery restrictions to certain locations 

If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
